Validation guardrails

  • - Secondary research and demo artifacts do not count as customer validation.
  • - A planned interview is not evidence; only documented buyer quotes, objections, or commitments count.
  • - Manual Titan Map audits should be performed against real contractor websites and known or customer-supplied ServiceTitan setup.
  • - Do not treat API interest as willingness to buy the manual product unless the buyer accepts the no-API fallback workflow.
