Manual ServiceTitan taxonomy importer

A browser-only import workbench for turning customer-supplied CSV exports, screenshots converted to rows, or screen-share notes into Titan Map candidates before ServiceTitan API access exists.

Warnings

Row 4: "Water Heater Repair" is inactive or paused and should not be promoted without customer approval.

Import guardrails

- Do not upload or paste ServiceTitan credentials, tokens, customer records, invoice notes, or dispatch schedules.
- Treat imported rows as customer-reviewed candidates, not live ServiceTitan data.
- Inactive, paused, retired, missing, or duplicate rows should create review work instead of public website changes.
- Keep the importer output local until the customer approves which objects should feed the Titan Map.
- Replace this manual import path only after sandbox API access, scopes, rate limits, and source labels are validated.

Review checklist

- Confirm each active object is still sold, staffed, and safe to promote.
- Confirm inactive or paused objects are not mapped to public website pages.
- Attach source owner, export date, and redaction status before using the import in a customer proof packet.
- Map imported objects to pages in the Titan Map workbench after review.

- This importer runs in the browser and does not connect to ServiceTitan.
- Imported rows are manual review inputs, not evidence of live API access or marketplace approval.
- ServiceTitan API import remains gated on customer authorization, eligible modules, approved app access, granted scopes, and sandbox validation.
